A series of images exploring how matter moves. Drawing on the sails of kites, I imagined garments in a light, translucent synthetic, set on a windswept shore. Created with AI, the series is directed like an editorial shoot, with motion, transparency and structure leading each image.

A kite is almost nothing: a skin of fabric stretched over a few rods, and yet it holds the wind. This series asks what happens when that skin is worn. The rods become seams drawn freely across the body, and a panel of burnt orange cuts through the grey of sea and sand.

The veil draws on Maison Margiela's Artisanal line, where fabric covers the face and the wearer stays anonymous. Here, the sail closes over the head in the same way, so that only the garment speaks: caught in motion, turning translucent in the light, holding the body without enclosing it.
